I'd consider mydelf a hardgainer goingfrom 150lbs at age 18 to 180lbs 10 years later and now at 170 lbs.
I understand how to keep muscle and build muscle by varying workouts, but I've always had a problem with cardio and understanding it.
Basically, I want to know what the best cardio advice is given the fact that I have to consume so much food during the day to stay at the weight I am at (170-175lbs)... with the occasional Miller Lites.
But, this has its downside (stomach) and i want to get rid of it without losing size in my arms or legs.
It seems impossible to me.
I've heard sprints and things like walk, jog, sprint in intervals work but can't find a happy medium.
any advice from someone whos been there before?
